Do you have trouble getting help in your home? Have you given up nagging and just end up doing everything yourself? Sometimes the help is there, all we need to do is communicate what we need.
Hold a family meeting and explain to your family that you need help; you aren't the only person in the family and shouldn't be the only one doing all the work. Don’t expect everyone to know how to help, you will need to explain what, how and when things need to be done.
Ask for everyone’s input, they each have a unique perspective, and you might even discover some hidden talents. Delegate jobs along with the times they need to be finished. Be flexible with how and when the jobs get done, not everyone’s methods are the same. So long as everything gets done it’s a win-win!
